Encounters between trucks and deer don’t often work out for the deer. But with a little help from DeKalb County Fire Rescue’s Company 19, this situation had a happy ending. The company posted a video of a deer trapped under a truck with firefighters from the department working together to help it escape.

After a few minutes and with the help of a jack, the stuck and very startled deer was freed from the underside of the vehicle and ran to safety
