The International Red Cross Red Crescent are helping Palestinian prisoners who are on hunger strike. ICRC doctors and delegates are carrying out regular visits to all prisoners on hunger strike, and They are paying special attention to those who have been on hunger strike for a long time. ICRC are also continuing a confidential dialogue with the Israeli authorities on the conditions and treatment of prisoners, and on administrative detention procedures. In this video interview, two of ICRC medical staff who are working directly with Palestinian prisoners on hunger strike describe how goes the operation during a hunger strike.
