Russian forces have bombed “the premises where Red Cross representatives work” in Kherson.
This was denounced by the deputy head of the office of the president of Ukraine, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, on his Telegram channel.
“Enemy shells hit the premises where Red Cross representatives work” in Kherson, “the shelling caused a serious fire. Rescue workers are working.
